All orders will be shipped from Underground Skate limited - 306 Hibiscus Coast Highway, Orewa, 0931, New Zealand

Parcels are not collected on weekends, so orders received after 1pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday or available for click and collect from our store that is open weekend. (Please confirm your order is ready before driving to the store.)

We use NZ Couriers or Fastway Couriers to ship your goods nationwide. You will receive a tracking number in an e-mail once your order is dispatched from Underground in Orewa Auckland.
Surfboards, Sups & Sup Bags
Boards 7'6 and under will be delivered using Fastway Couriers, door to door. Excludes RURAL delivery.
Boards 7'8 and larger will be delivered to the nearest Mainfreight (north Island) or Bascik Depot (South Island) where you will need to arrange collection. If you are wanting door to door service a $100.00 surcharge applies.

**Any Discounted Surfboard or SUP will incur and extra $50.00 surcharge. We will remove this surcharge if more than $200.00 of Surf/ Sup Accessories are purchased with the board - eg Fins, Bag, Leash, Wetsuit etc. We are happy to negotiate Free Freight on Complete Combos - please use our chat to discuss a deal**
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver Surfboards or SUP's to Rural Areas.

SPECIAL NOTE RE FRAGILE ITEMS: Please check item carefully on arrival. Once the item is signed for this is YOUR responsibility and NO Claim can be made. You are welcome to keep the courier until the parcel is unpacked or unpack at the depot. You MUST document any damage to packaging prior to signing that you have received in good condition.
We cannot exchange surfboards or paddleboards after delivery unless we have made a shipping mistake.
