Shipping

 
All shipments are via a full track and trace, door to door service.

The tracking information is emailed to the customer on dispatch.

We do not risk untracked standard letter post.

Correct shipping and delivery details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that;
# The correct shipping option is selected for the delivery address, especially rural delivery.
# All delivery address and best contact details are complete and correct.
# The delivery location is secure.

We strongly recommend that you provide a best contact phone number for the courier driver.
 
Incorrect shipping or delivery details will cause delay and/or the shortfall to be paid manually.

Combined shipping
This is normally available for multiple purchases. Please just ask for a quote via the listing Q&A, as we do not allow manual refunds for combined shipping post sale.

New Zealand shipping
All shipments are via either Courier Post or Aramex Couriers. Which option we use is normally determined by both the value of the item, as well as the delivery address including requests to a PO Box. 
 
International shipping
This is available for all items but this option needs to be quoted separately on request once the destination address is confirmed. Please just ask for a quote via the listing Q&A.

All rates quoted are all-inclusive of any cross-border duties, taxes and handling charges (if applicable).
 
All international shipping must be to a street address and include a local phone number. We cannot ship internationally to either a PO Box, private bag, parcel locker, or mail drop depot.

Dispatch
Orders are normally dispatched the following business day from sale.

Delivery time
Whilst we can provide a likely delivery lead time based on prior experience, the precise delivery date and time cannot be guaranteed.

Can I pickup?
Generally collection from our warehouse is not available as there is no public access.

Lost items
Our occurrences of lost items is near nil.

Any risk of loss passes to the customer at the point the courier confirms that the shipment is confirmed as delivered.
 
Undeliverable shipments
Where any shipment is deemed undeliverable to the address provided it is the customers responsibility to either;
# Contact the courier to provide further delivery instructions or an alternative delivery address.
# Pay any additional shipping charges required to redirect to another address.
