Delivery

As we are an online company we do not offer pick ups or drop offs, We will ensure your

products are dispatched on the next available courier after payment has been received. We

mainly use NZ Couriers who collect Monday to Fridays only, delivery timeframe is 1-2

working days in the North Island, 2-3 working days in the South Island.

For Rural Delivery please add an extra 1-2 days to the delivery timeframes, rural deliveries are

usually contracted to a third party to deliver.

Damage in Transit

All items must be inspected within 2 days of receiving and any damage must be reported to us

immediately with photos.

An email is sent once goods have been dispatched with the tracking number, if you don’t
