We use variety of couriers depending on the size and destination of your order. Shipping prices are shown on the listing pages.
We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes so please supply a physical street address for delivery. All parcels are generally sent out the next working day after payment is received. Payment may take few days to appear in our account so please kindly allow for this. Shipping times can vary depending on where you are located. Rural areas need to allow for few more days on top of the standard time for deliveries. Delays may occur during peak times i.e. Christmas etc…
Pick up also available unless specified on the listing.
Note: Please enquire before buying for shipping rates to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and Chatham Island. Freight for these areas is calculated by the address and the measurements of the item being shipped.
