Shipping and Pickups
Upon your payment being cleared, our warehouse team will pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. While delivery times are subject to change, usual NZ Post delivery periods are:
- 1-2 working days for North Island delivery
- 3-4 working days for South Island and rural delivery
- Delivery times will vary for oversized items shipped with freight companies like Mainfreight, Move Logistics, StraitNZ, etc. Please contact them upon receiving tracking to get an exact ETA on the shipment.
Please note: shipping costs mentioned for oversized items are an estimate only. Please contact the Crazy Sales Customer Service Team for a quote as the freight for oversized items can vary a lot.
Rural and signature delivery may not be available for these products. In some cases, the product may need to be picked up from the courier depot.
Crazy Sales also offers combined shipping options.
The total shipping cost is calculated with the highest priced shipping being calculated first, the second item’s shipping becomes 50% of the original shipping cost; three or more items are each 25% of the original shipping cost, up to five items per order.
If the customer attempts to pick up after the 14 days have elapsed and there is no longer stock available of the item ordered, the customer will have the option for a full refund or to wait for the next shipment.
Important Pick Up details:
All pick up orders MUST be paid for before collection. Please do not attempt to pick up until your bank transfer payment has cleared. We do not accept payment (cash, EFTPOS or otherwise) at the pickup location.
Once you place the order for pickup, it can take us 24-48hrs for our team to get it ready for collection.
Our team will contact you via phone or email once your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive for pickup before you have received our confirmation call/email.
Pick up available from Panmure, Auckland. Pickup Hours - 10am to 3pm (Tue - Fri) except public holidays

Please present your invoice number when you arrive and our team will get your order ready, please note for bulky items our team will need your assistance loading these into your vehicle.
All customers who choose the ‘Pick Up’ option must collect their order within 14 days of receiving their pick up confirmation email. After 14 days the items will no longer be reserved.

Bulky Items
If delivery is selected for a bulky item a phone number must be provided. Delivery of bulky items cannot be made without a phone number.
If a customer does not provide their phone number at the time of purchase our Customer Service team will contact them via email requesting a phone number. If the customer does not respond to our request within 14 days the items ordered will no longer be reserved.
If the customer contacts us after the 14 days have elapsed and there is no longer stock available of the item ordered, the customer will have the option for a full refund or to wait for the next shipment.
