Return and Refund Policy
Contact must be within 1 day of receiving the item. Returns 14 days from item arriving after approval from NPC Staff, buyer pays return postage.

Factory Fault? = Full item Refund Offered if Item is faulty. (photos must be Provided)
Item Damaged in Transit? = Full Refund offered if item was sent with Registered/insured Shipping option offered in Checkout.
If you have chosen to have your order sent un-insured there is No Refund.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the postage amount will not be refunded.

Shipping to New Zealand Takes 4-5 Working Days, Once full payment has been received, we will ship your products promptly within 2 business days, please allow for Australian and New Zealand weekends and Public Holidays.
We are Not Responsible for Shipping Delays, this can be caused by customs or your courier etc.
Shipping prices are Calculated on a “base” price then “per kg” to your state or country, you may add items to your shopping cart and get freight prices while your shopping.
