Customer’s Responsibilities

The owner of the goods must make sure that the conditions or activities described in the Warranty section under Exceptions, Exclusions and Limitations of Warranties and Remedies do not occur. The original purchaser must exhibit reasonable care in the maintenance and operation of Aber products as explained in the maintenance section of the owner/operator’s manual.
 
Out of Stock, Backorders or Changes to Orders
 
While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times there may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to fulfil your order or source a replacement product. If this should occur we will contact you and offer either an exchange for a different item or a full refund. Please note that we cannot offer a backorder facility.
 
Unfortunately once you have placed your order and payment has been accepted we are unable to make changes to it.
 
Pick-ups
 
You may collect your purchase from 17 Mainstreet Place, Te Rapa, Hamilton, between 9am-4pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).
 
Please go to our collection point to the left of the main office building and present your invoice.
 
Discounted Price Offers
 
Due to the way Trade Me operates and the way our promotions are structured it is not often possible for us to offer a discounted price for the full duration of a listing. Our listings all end at different times so you may notice the price change while a listing is still running. Any listing with a discounted price is subject to change back to the regular price at any time without notice.
