Terms and Conditions
STOCK AVAILIBILITY - We are a bricks and mortar group with online outlets and that we might simultaneously sell items in-store and online. Outlets will only update after a few hours, resulting in stock unavailability. This happens in less than 1% of the cases, but if this will upset you, we advise you not to bid on any of our products.
PRICING - If you enter a store and pricing is higher than on Trademe, please ask for the Trademe price.
WARRANTY - Products might have different terms & conditions for warranty purposes. Please ask if you are not sure. Unless specifically mentioned, all warranties will be considered as "Back to base" warranties, meaning ALL freight expenses will be for your account.
SHIPPING – We try to ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri only) after purchase confirmation, unless specified differently in our listings. Combined shipping is not always possible and we mostly work on weight rated fees. Please ask for special treatment when you are buying bulk or have special circumstance that might require a review.
