Terms and conditions
All Goods Remain The Property Of QUALITY PARTS LTD Until The Invoice Is Paid In Full.
ALL Account Customers: PAYMENT will be due before or on the 20th of the following month from date of invoice , Payments made after the due date will VOID any repair allowance.
Quality Parts Terms and Conditions*
Returns Policy:
1. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase.
2. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Conditions:
1. Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
2. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products.
Exceptions:
1. Faulty products: We will arrange pickup and provide a full refund for the product price (excluding courier costs).
2. Electronic items: No refunds will be provided for electronic products, regardless of condition.
Courier Costs:
1. Customers are responsible for courier costs for returns unless the product is faulty.
Refund Process:
1. Refunds will be processed within [insert timeframe, e.g., 5-7 business days] of receiving the returned product.
By making a purchase, customers acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. These are all tested and marked prior to dispatch
Freight Is Non Refundable.
Allow to fully prep painted surfaces. REPAIR ALLOWANCE will Need approval from us prior to any work being done , Call or Email Us to discuss and or Negotiate Allowance, Unreasonable Request will Not Be considered, Photos of Damaged parts requiring Upgrades need to be provided for us to give Repair Allowance .
WARRANTY FOR ENGINES AND TRANSMISSIONS
The engine warranty starts on the date of invoice and ends as per time frame mentioned below. All items listed in the requirements section (see left) must be replaced by the purchaser for the warranty to apply. The engine is the long block (engine block and cylinder head) – any or all parts supplied with or on the engine at the time of quoting are supplied in good faith and are not covered under the engine warranty.
Installation, replacement or repairs carried out must be done by a qualified mechanic working at a reputable workshop that is a registered business with the New Zealand Companies Office.
No warranty is given if the unit has been abused, dismantled, modified, altered or used in any other way other than that intended by the original manufacturer.
QUALITY PARTS Limited does not cover the costs of any labour involved and strictly warranties the engine itself as described above. Any claims under this warranty must be notified to QUALITY PARTS Limited prior to any action taken. QUALITY PARTS Limited retains the rights to repair, replace or refund at their discretion if a claim is to be made, with the price of the sale being the maximum value. QUALITY PARTS Limited is not liable for any consequential loss, accumulated and unexpected costs, damage or injury from the supplied engine.
Any expenditure incurred without approval of QUALITY PARTS Limited will not recognized.
The engine warranty does not cover freight costs or similar charges.
All engines are sold with a 30 day/5,000ks (whichever comes first) warranty from date of invoice

Second hand and brand new parts that are sourced and purchased in by QUALITY PARTS Limited by other suppliers carry the warranty that the original supplier place on their part(s). No extended or change of terms and conditions on warranties are offered or given by QUALITY PARTS Limited
