Terms and conditions
1. All parts, unless otherwise stated, are second hand and/or used. Parts are priced accordingly to allow for the age and general wear of the item supplied.
2. All confirmed orders are deemed to be final. Payment must be made in full before shipping
3. Orders may be returned if they are incorrectly supplied or they are proven to be faulty. Orders must be returned in the same condition as supplied.

4. All parts, unless otherwise stated, have a 30 day money back warranty for parts proven to be faulty at time of supply.
5. At the time of return, if it is deemed that the products supplied have been installed incorrectly or by an unqualified installer, these may not be refundable.
6. SubEuro PartsWorld will not be responsible for any labour costs incurred in installing or removing supplied parts.
7. All purchases (excluding auctions and trade sales) are covered by the "The Consumer Guarantees Act 2003".
8. Purchases are shipped at buyers risk and all orders are handled with the up-most care. SubEuro PartsWorld is not responsible for delays, loss or damage during transit or shipping.
9. Shipping, freight and packaging costs are non refundable. Delivery instructions are the responsibility of the purchaser including “permission to leave” products in designated locations.
10. Quotes are valid for 30 days provided the part(s) are still available. Parts will not be held without payment.
