ELECTRICAL/ACCESSORIES:
Dashboard Warning Lights: There are no warnings displayed on the dashboard whilst vehicle is in operation. Fleetwise does not check for missing/blown bulbs.
Window Winder FL: The front left window operates from its own switch/winder.
Window Winder FR: The front right window operates from its own switch/winder. Other functions on master switch untested.
Window Winder RL: The rear left window operates from its own switch/winder if applicable.
Window Winder RR: The rear right window operates from its own switch/winder if applicable.
Radio: The radio is audible. Fleetwise does not check volume, source inputs/phone connectivity or station scanning abilities etc.
Number of Keys: This is the number of vehicle keys that have been provided with the vehicle. Fleetwise does not check canopy, toolbox, or fuel flap keys if applicable.
Central Locking: The central locking is working when driver’s door unlocked/locked.
Remote Locking: The remote key unlocks/locks the vehicle if applicable. Fleetwise will test 1 remote key only.
Reversing Camera: The reversing camera is working.
Body Inspection Comments: This is where external damages & general remarks on the vehicle’s exterior are noted.
Under Carriage & Under Bonnet Inspection Comments: This is where general remarks under the bonnet, engine bay & underneath the vehicle are noted.
Interior Comments:
Seats: Stains, rips or excessive wear is noted
Carpets: Stains, holes or excessive wear is noted. Includes vehicles vinyl floors & hood linings.
Panels: Holes drilled, or excessive wear is noted. Holes drilled relates to screw holes which held a RT/CB Radio or similar. Panels relates to, but not limited to, lower dash, kick panels & footwell trims.
Dashboard: Holes drilled & damage of any kind is noted. Holes drilled relates to screw holes which held a RT/CB Radio or similar.
General Comments: This is where general remarks are made, features noted, or why a particular item failed in the check list is explained.
