Warranty
At Auto Parts On Demand we stand behind all of our products. Our parts come with a 30 day warranty from the date of delivery.
Some items are not warranted unless proof of fitting from a qualified automotive technician. This will vary depending on the product purchased, if unsure please ask before bidding.
Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Warranty does not cover damage from user abuse, accident, wear and tear, lack of maintenance, inappropriate or improper operation/installation, modification or alteration of product or any attempt to repair the product. Warranty does not cover labour costs. Warranty items are to be returned to us at your cost, this is non-refundable.
If a product is found to be faulty we must be immediately notified via email. We will repair, replace or refund the product at our discretion.
