Warranty
Installation:
ALL products purchased from Boosted Kiwi Limited must be installed by a qualified professional (e.g. a mechanic, or automotive electrician), otherwise any Warranty is void.
Boosted Kiwi Limited reserves the right to ask for proof of professional installation (e.g. receipts). If you are not able to provide this, your warranty of fault claim may not be accepted.

Warranty:
Warranty information on specific products can be found on each individual item listing. If there is no warranty information on the listing, the item is assumed to not have a warranty. We will however meet our requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy – but reserve our right to ask for proof of professional installation for ALL cases.
We understand how frustrating it can be getting a faulty item, and will often do our best to provide a solution. The more information you can give us, the better. If you are easy to deal with, we will be too.
We assess all our claims on a case-by-case basis. We will frequently require pictures and video evidence of the fault you have experienced to help us determine the fault. We may also ask for the item to be returned to us to be assessed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to package and ship any items that are being assessed under “Warranty”. Any damage caused by your chosen courier / freight agent to get the item to us is NOT our responsibility. If the item arrives to us damaged in any way, your claim will be rejected.
“Faulty” and “damaged” items are not the same. We do not cover any forms of misuse, breakage, physical damage, or tampering. If we find any evidence of tampering, damage, or misuse (which could stem from incorrect / careless installation, modification etc) we will NOT replace or refund the item as we will not be able to confirm the cause of the fault.
Warranties only cover the specific part supplied by us. We do not cover ANY forms of labour, freight, additional components that may become damaged as a result of a faulty item, or any extra materials purchased for installation. NO EXCEPTIONS.
