Warranty
We provide a 1-year manufacturer warranty which starts from the date of purchase. If you believe your product is faulty, damaged or received a wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with evidence of the claim. Items must be returned in their original condition and package.
Please choose your products carefully as we charge a 10% restocking fee for a change of mind. Shipping cost will not be refunded (if it is delivered) and it is the customer’s responsibility to bring the product back to our store.
Return of special order and pre-order will incur 25% restocking fee as they are specially imported for your order and we can not guarantee that we can re-sell them to another customer.
Customer is responsible for measuring furniture to ensure that it will fit through all doorways, lift access and entrance. Delivery failure due to limited access will incur an additional delivery fee coming back to the store.
No refund on the customised or altered unit as they are specially requested by you.
