Warranty

 
  • Buyers must check goods when delivered and report any transit damage or faults by email straight away.
  • All our items have a return to store warranty unless otherwise stated. Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Warranty covers Manufactures faults and defects, not fair wear and tear, misuse or abuse.  All equipment must be operated as per the Manufactures operating instructions and serviced as per instructions for warranty to be valid. As the Owner there is a responsibility of care, service and maintenance.
  • Contact must be made directly with ChainsawsDirect for approval prior to returning goods under warranty, invoices will be required as proof of purchase.
  • ChainsawsDirect will repair or replace where possible. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement unit is not available. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.
