At Choice Auto Parts, we stand firmly behind all our products. We offer a 30-day warranty on every part, effective from the date it arrives at your door. We want you to fit your parts with confidence!
What Our Warranty Covers
Our promise covers any fault, defect, or failure which is evident on the part, prior to the part being fitted to the vehicle. If a part fails to do the job it was intended for within 30 days, we will sort it out. 
Claims Process and Fitting Requirements
  1. Immediate Notification: If you find a part to be faulty, please notify us immediately via phone or email so we can start the process right away.
  2. Our Commitment: Once a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the value of that item, at our discretion, ensuring the solution is fair and prompt.
  3. Professional Installation:
    • Some technical or complex items require installation by a qualified automotive technician to ensure the warranty is valid. This condition helps protect the part from installation damage. Proof of qualified installation may be asked for.
    • If you are unsure whether a part requires professional fitting, please ask us before purchasing—we are happy to help!
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
To ensure we can provide the best parts for the right price, our warranty does not cover failures or damage caused by:
  • User abuse, accidents, or lack of proper maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear expected for a used item.
  • Inappropriate, improper operation, or incorrect installation of the part.
  • Any modification, alteration, or attempt to repair the product by the customer.
  • Labour costs associated with the fitting or removal of the part.
Returns for Warranty
  • Faulty items must be returned to us for inspection.
  • The costs for returning the item to us are non-refundable. However, if the fault is confirmed and covered by our warranty, we cover the costs of sending out the replacement or repaired item.
