Warranty
We offer a minimum 12 month warranty on most products. Some products come with up to 3 years factory backed warranties, please check the specific item. Healthcare products such as internal and external wormers, mineral supplements, and mite / lice products are excluded from these warranties.
We will repair or replace faulty goods within their warranty period. Exclusions will be made in the case of damages to or misuse of the item, problems caused by the user or misuse of the items, negligent operation, inadequate maintenance, commercial use or unauthorised repairs and modifications.
Warranty returns must first be approved by a Chook Manor staff member prior to returning faulty goods.
Our team of experts will organise a suitable solution for you depending on the issue. In the case of repair you will be required to return the unit. We will then repair and/or replace the item and get it back to you within a reasonable timeframe.
Shipping costs will only be covered by a case by case basis.
