All machine warranty work is performed by us on site, none of these ridiculous “return to base” policies. We will sort any issues out within 24 hours, often a lot sooner.
If you require warranty service for any toners, please return any faulty goods to the Copier Service Company Limited with a copy of the invoice, fault description, and contact details. If using courier or delivery services, please ensure the unit is packed carefully. The Copier Service Company takes no responsibility for damage in transit of goods being returned.
