Warranty & Faults
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours off delivery so we can promptly assess and resolve the issue. Where possible, a replacement will be supplied. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued
Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or abuse is not covered and will void any warranty.
Electrical items are excluded from warranty claims unless proof of installation by a registered motor industry professional is provided.
Warranty coverage applies to the product only and does not include labour, installation, removal, or associated costs.
All warranty claims are return-to-base. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
A valid MTA-approved labour receipt must be supplied with all warranty claims where professional installation is required.
Cranky’s Performance is not liable for any injury, death, or damage to persons or property arising from the use, installation, or failure of supplied parts.
Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Reconditioned carburettors have a 3-month warranty.
