Warranty
All new products come with a minimum 12 months back to base warranty (excluding second hand products). Some products may carry more than 12 months warranty but this will be stated in the applicable advertisement. Defective products must be returned to Fitness World NZ as we will not collect or pay to do so. A warranty does not apply if the damage is caused through improper use or used in a commercial situation. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid Fitness World invoice or proof of Purchase. Your Warranty or Free Lifetime servicing is not Transferable to any third party.
Commercial meaning = In use by more than 4 or 5 people which is not in a home situation, like a work place gym ,apartments or housing block, schools, Studio ,or the equipment is used for the purpose of generating some sort of monetary gain.
All 2nd Hand equipment we sell comes with a 3 month warranty.
All Warranty's are void unless the goods and the delivery costs are paid for in full.
All query's and claims regarding any mistakes in the wording of any advertsing by Fitness World NZ must be done within first 28 days of Purchase
Free Lifetime Servicing
We offer free servicing (Not parts) for the lifetime of that new product you purchase from Fitness World NZ LTD
Please note- we will not come to your home to do this so the machine will need to be delivered to

Money back guarantee
Some products listed for sale have a 10 day money back guarantee, not all of them. Please note it must specify this in the Advert or on the Product to apply, otherwise you will not have the right to claim this. This Guarantee is only valid for customers who have not seen the product in person and have chosen to buy over the internet or phone. If claiming this, you must have collected the machine from Fitness World NZ or have had it delivered. You must have used the goods first, then you must return the product within 10 days ( We will not collect and arrange this for you ) and pay for any freight expenses incurred. In the case of a Finance Agreement you took out to buy the products, and we still haven't been paid , you will still be liable for the freight content if you choose to return the items.
