Warranty
All phones are covered by variety of fixed warranty terms, it states inside of all listings. Warranty covers faulty parts only and does not cover physical damage, water damage or misuse by users. We will endeavour to fix the faulty phone, but if the problem cannot be fixed, we will provide a replacement. If we cannot provide a replacement, the customer will be refunded.
If a fault arises, please contact us immediately to tell us you will be returning the device for a warranty assessment.
If it is found that a device has noticeable signs of impact damage, water damage, or any other physical forms of damage caused by the user, H2PHONE reserves the right to cancel a warranty claim.
