Warranties are return to base. Sending the goods to us for warranty claim is the responsibility of the customer however we will return the repaired or replacement goods to the customer. (Some larger items over 35kg or 0.2cm3 may incur a freight charge)
We intend to have 100% customer satisfaction and will work closely with you in the unlikely event of a failure.
