All our products and parts come with a warranty
The standard period is 12 months/20,000kms unless specified on auction or below. If it’s unclear please ask before purchasing.

Mantic Stage 1, 2 and 3 Clutch Kits 1 year or 20,000 kilometres (whichever occurs first)
Mantic Stage 4, 5 and Track Series Kits (multi-plate) come with a 90 day satisfaction.

Exedy Sports Tuff 1 year or 20,000 kilometres (whichever occurs first)
NZAD OE / STANDARD REPLACEMENT CLUTCH KITS
NZAD warrants all OE Replacement clutches to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for normal use and service for 12months/20,000km from retail purchases on OE replacement clutches only. NZAD reserves the right to examine any part returned for warranty claim to determine to NZAD’s satisfaction whether such part is defective in material or workmanship. NZAD obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing, or crediting, at its option, any part proven defective. No labour, lift, service or storage charges will be reimbursed for any reason. Damage to NZAD’s parts resulting from misuse or abuse shall void this limited warranty. Any return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer. Final determination of the suitability of the products for the use contemplated by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer. NZAD shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labour. NZAD shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part subject to this warranty. There are no other warranties expressed or implied extending beyond those set forth above.

HIGH PERFORMANCE PARTS EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY
Due to the unusual stress placed on high performance parts, and because of the circumstances under which they are often used, high performance parts are sold without warranty. We will warranty manufacturing faults and workmanship but will not cover failure due to abuse, incorrect fitment and adjustment. Any claim will be done so with NZAD and the final decision is the sole discretion of NZAD. Should a part be deemed faulty a replacement part will be issued under no circumstances will a refund be made. Labour and subsequent charges will not be covered.
