Warranty Conditions:

1. The Buyer must check the paint / item immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults by email within 72hrs of receiving the item. Paint Tech Paint Supplies Ltd reserves the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time frame.

2. Contact must be made directly with Paint Tech for approval prior to returning goods under warranty, invoices will be required as proof of purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested from the Buyer.

3. Paint Tech Paint Supplies Ltd will replace or repair where possible and Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be considered after the item has been used, if the buyer simply changes their mind or if the item is not “what you expected', Please choose your purchase carefully.

4. Paint must be returned unused and in the same pail originally sold.

5.  We do not accept returns by C.O.D and the return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer. In return Paint Tech is liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.

6. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.

7. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.

8. Paint Tech Paint Supplies Ltd adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts along with Trade Me's Standard Trading Terms and Conditions

Paint Tech Paint Supplies guarantees that our Premium Exterior coating systems such as Weatherite Exterior and Eco Tech Roof will not blister, flake or peel for 10 years when applied on properly prepared surfaces as per Paint Tech Paint Supplies technical data sheet . All preparation should meet AS/NZS 2311-2009 Standards

Paint failure caused by any breakdown of coatings applied previously is not covered by this guarantee.

If a Paint Tech Premium Exterior coating system does not perform as specified above we will provide, free of charge, paint to rectify the affected areas. This guarantee is limited and excludes all labour and other charges.
