Warranty
Our product comes with a minimum 10 years parts and labour warranty. Ringlock is happy to repair or replace faulty goods within their warranty period. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item in need of repair or replacement to our service depot. Warranty does not cover negligence, or misuse of the item, light surface rust, or damaged clips on ladder decks due to negligence or misuse. Any alteration to the scaffolding will void the warranty all together. All warranty claims will be fully investigated by a Ringlock representative and in some cases the purchaser may be required to fill out a warranty return form. Ringlock 30 day money back guarantee
Ringlock scaffolding offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely happy with the product then you can return it to our supply depot and we will refund the purchase price to you. The 30-day policy begins from the date of collection and all items that the purchaser wishes to return must be returned in full before the end of the 30th day. All items must be returned in an unused, unblemished, or untarnished condition. Please note that Ringlock will not refund the cost of shipping or postage. In an event of a return, please contact us to receive assistance.
