Warranty
We honour the NZ Consumer’s Guarantees Act and any relevant NZ consumer rights legislation.
All items (unless otherwise stated) come with a 12 month RTB (return to base) warranty covering parts and workmanship. Depending on the fault, we will either repair or replace at our descretion. As usual, damage caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, liquid, dropping, dismantling or modifying in any way isn't covered. In addition, removal of any label, tampering, or any unauthorised use also voids the warranty.
