Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all goods come with a warranty of 12 months against defective parts and workmanship. Goods which are proven to be defective within the stated warranty period from the date of despatch In order to process ANY warranty claim, you must first email Waikato Sound & Lighting to initiate the process and acquire a return authority number. We recommend that you use a signature required track and trace service for return.
This warranty applies only to manufacturer's defects and does not cover general wear and tear, improper use, damage caused through neglect or poor storage, or damage caused through unauthorised repairs.
