Warranty
We offer 1 year return to base warranty on all our brand new computer systems and computer parts. For Ex-lease and Refurbished products might very above terms, we will specify in the auction.
If there is any hardware fault, please contact us for RMA procedure. Any software issue i.e. operating system crash, viruses ,any physical damage and any liquid damage is not covered by warranty.
Stock
We only list current stock we have on hand or on the shop floor. Although this has not happened yet, please note there is a minor chance something you purchase may have just run out of stock and may have a lead time, varying from one to three weeks.
GST
If you require a GST receipt please let us know. Receipts are not sent unless requested.
