Warranty and Returns

 
Money Back Guarantee:
 
We provide 30 days money back guarantee for all our products.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
Please note only for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee could apply and you will need to pay for return postage. All other cases will be fully covered by us.
 
Also, please feel free to contact us before or when you get your item so we can respond to anything you might need about it. We're always here to help.
 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (ie. perishable goods such as food). We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
 
To complete your return, please contact us.
 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Some items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
 
Refunds:
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
 
Sale items (if applicable)
 
Same benefits apply to sale items.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us. 
 
Returns:
 
For change of mind returns or wrong product purchased, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All other cases will be fully cove red by us.
 
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
