Warranty
We provide 6 -12 month warranty based on the product.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is any problem with your product, we will request photos or a short video demonstrating the product fault to avoid any lengthy return process. Once we have confirmed the issue, we will replace the item or refund the amount to your original method of payment as per your preference.
Returns
We provide a 14 day period for any change of mind for the item. The item must meet the following conditions before a return can be considered.
• Item is unused, un-opened, brand new in original packaging
• All tags and accessories present
• Item must be in a re-sellable condition
• 15% restocking fee and initial postage cost will be deducted from the refund
• The buyer assumes the cost of returning the item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (foods, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) or bedding products (pillows, quilts, sheets, quilt covers). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to provide exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
