Warranty And Returns

 
Customers buying from us can rest easy. Returning an item is a hassle-free process and customers can return any item to us within 30 days of ordering for any reason (custom made item does not apply). If a return shipping fee is required, then if the reason for return is down to a mistake at our end, we will of course cover this cost. If the reason for return is not due to a mistake on our part, we ask that customers arrange and pay for their own return shipping. It is always best to get in touch with us to confirm a return first, customers who return items without confirming with us might not be liable for a full refund of their shipping cost (we have cheaper methods of getting stuff back to us, which is why we ask you to get in touch before returning an item). The buyer has the obligation to keep the product to be returned in original condition and is not supposed to keep using the product before returning to us. The goods must be delivered by the buyer to our warehouse in original condition and packaging at the buyer's own cost. And it is the buyer's own responsibility to keep it safe in transit.
 
Our warranty and return policy meet all our responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
 
Refund:
 
For a full refund the goods must be returned in a re-saleable state as received by the purchaser. The postage & handling fee (P&H fee). Please note we will not refund for damage caused directly or indirectly after receipt by the purchaser. All refund will be refunded through internet transfer into the purchasers account.
