Warranty And Returns
WARRANTY
At TINKR we are proud to stand by products, and it is because of this that we offer a 12 month warranty on all our products.
Our warranty covers the replacement of a faulty mechanical part, labour costs and any other expenses incurred so long as the part was fi-tted by a MTA approved workshop. If the part was fi-tted by a backyard mechanic we are happy to issue a replacement part at no cost, but will not be liable for labour and any other expenses incurred. If a replacement part is not available, a refund of the original purchase price will be issued.
RETURNS
Please inspect your delivery immediately it arrives and notify on 0800 77 55 22 if there are any problems. If you have received a damaged item, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
If you are not satis-ed with any purchase, simply return the goods to us in original condition within 30 days, and we will exchange it, replace it, or refund you.
If the TINKR Team have made an error with your order or caused a problem, we will pay for the return postage. You can call us on 0800 77 55 22

Include proof of purchase and a detailed description of why you are returning the product.

Once received in our warehouse, we will process the return within 1 business day to ensure a swift exchange or refund.
We recommend using an insured courier service and that you keep a record of your shipment until replacement or credit is received.
