We offer product warranties based on the warranty terms provided by our suppliers, which generally cover a period of at least 1 year. For battery products, we provide a 3-year warranty.
All warranty claims follow the same process. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase and return the product to our store. We will then send the item to the supplier for testing and verification. This process typically takes 1–2 weeks, but during public holidays (such as the Christmas period), it may take up to 4–6 weeks.
