Warranty Part 3


PLEASE NOTE: Regardless of whether the return is a warranty claim or under our 7-day Peace of Mind Policy (because the product is not suitable or you just change your mind) the following terms apply.
  • We DO NOT refund freight paid on goods returned under our 7-day Peace of Mind Policy. We will only refund you the purchase price of the goods. 
  • In the case of a warranty claim where we are unable to repair or replace the goods we will refund both the cost of the product and the original freight paid.
  • Harmonicas are tested before dispatch. We will NOT accept the return of Harmonicas under our 7-Day Pease of Mind Policy as it is not hygienic to resell these once they have been played.
  • Items like Recorders, Kazoo's, Melodica's or any other instrument that does not have a replaceable mouthpiece are NOT able to be returned under our 7-day Peace of Mind Policy as for hygiene reasons we cannot resell these. 
  • In the case of Woodwind and Brass a restocking fee to cover cleaning and/or replacement mouthpieces may apply. We recommend that if you have your own mouthpiece to use this. We may charge both for replacement mouthpieces and cleaning. These costs will be deducted from any refund.
  • The restocking fee can be as much as 15% or more of the product cost, so please ensure that goods are returned clean and undamaged.
  • Drums, in the case of drums or skins, once played these become second hand so skins will not be able to be returned and if drums are returned played the cost of replacement skins will be deducted.
