Payment Options:

We prefer payment by Paynow but we can also accept cash, all major credit cards and eftpos if you are collecting. Full details for making manual or online bank payments into our account are provided in the email sent out after each auction closes

REFERENCE:

Please reference your trade with your unique trademe auction number. We are now using automated software to track our sales and payments, any reference variation may result in shipping delays.

 

Auction Process:

Auction Close

At close of auction you will be sent an automated email with instructions on how to make payment via either Paynow or Direct into our bank account. If you don’t receive this email please check in your spam / junk folder.

Address Received

We prefer addresses to be sent via Trademe, this is the most efficient way to avoid shipping delays. If your address is incorrect please call us immediately 07-855 9369 or 0508 ARCHERY, we take no responsibility for items sent to incorrect delivery addresses, however we will work with you to try and redeem the issue.

Payment Received

When we receive your payment (this can take up to 72 hours after you actually make the payment depending on which bank you are with, especially over weekends). Items that haven’t been paid using a correct trademe reference number may result in delayed shipping. Please contact us by polite phone call or phone message and we will respond to you at our first convenience.

Goods Dispatched

Once we have your address and payment we will package the auction and dispatch it, items are packed in order of payment and address received.
You should receive your package shortly afterward.
