All our products are of high quality and believe you will never need to make a return, however if you do, please get in contact with as soon as possible. We honour all current consumer laws.
 
Change of Mind Policy
 
We do not offer any refunds on returns where you have changed your mind, or you no longer require the product.
 
Does Not Fit Policy
 
Our fitment and usage guides are indicative only and to be used as a guide only. If you are unsure whether the item fits your requirements, please let us know of your situation (or vehicle registration, VIN, or chassis number in relation to parts) using Trade Me’s Q & A feature and we will do the best to our ability to ensure that the item is to suit your requirements.
 
If your vehicle has been modified by you, or anyone else, whether known or unknown by you, we cannot offer a refund on the item purchased if it no longer fits your requirements due to those modifications.
 
Any item sent to you that is incorrect due to fault or error of our own, a full refund, including freight charges, will be given.
 
Refunds Policy
 
Current consumer laws are applied to all eligible purchases. All refunds will be given via the same method the payment was made. We do not cover the cost of delivery back to our warehouse. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe manner and we are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit.
