Bedlinen N More uses Australia Post and New Zealand Post to deliver your goods. We offer free shipping countrywide to all addresses and post office boxes within New Zealand.
 
We strike to dispatch your goods within one to three business days upon receiving a cleared payment.
 
All our shipments have tracking numbers which are sent to you with our despatch confirmation email. Tracking numbers can be checked at http://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, postage charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
