Returns

  1. Returns policy
    • If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, contact our friendly customer service team at info@blankclothing.com.au to obtain your return authorisation number.
    • All returns MUST be in the same condition that you received it (Not washed, used or decorated).
      *Due to hygiene reasons, Blank Clothing Australia will not be able to accept returns on underwear or any inner garments.
    • We will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act
       
  2. Returns process
    • If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:
      • Contact our friendly team within 7 days upon receiving the parcel to obtain a return authorization number. There will be a AUD $10 return handling fee. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the parcel
      • After receiving your return authorization number, print out our email with your RMA number.
      • Package the goods securely and post it to us at:

        *Remember to clearly write your RMA number on the front of the package.
      • We will contact you after receiving the returns on inspection within 7 days of receiving the return parcel. If we do not contact you within 7 days, please contact us via email at info@blankclothing.com.au or via our live chat available from 9am-6pm (GMT+10 or GMT+11 during Daylight saving), Monday- Friday (excluding public holidays).
      • Upon inspection, we will issue you with a return on the product value only. No exchanges are available on our TradeMe store.
         
  3. Faulty returns
    • If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please contact our customer service team at info@blankclothing.com.au before sending the item back.
    • When emailing regarding a fault, please attach pictures of the fault so the item can be assessed before a return is approved. To help us with assessing the replacements, we will need the following images:
      • Full garment image
      • Close up image showing the defect
      • Image of the tag (back & front)
  4. In cases where a faulty item was received, we will provide you with a return label.
  5. Faulty items must be reported with 7 business days from date of item received. Some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed on a regular basis via email updates. This process usually takes around 2 weeks and once completed you should receive your refund or replacement within 1-3 business days.
     
  6. Returns Terms & Condition
    • Unauthorised returns and all unsolicited deliveries are returned-to-sender automatically.
    • All items returned for refund must be returned in the original condition with tags attached. Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted. Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged.
    • Returned items must be kept in a smoke-free environment. Returns will be refused on items that smell of smoke. Any items smelling strongly of perfume/deodorants or similar will also be refused.
    • Due to hygiene reasons, Blank Clothing Australia will not able to accept returns on underwear or any inner garments.
    • Blank Clothing Australia cannot accept COD deliveries and any returns sent COD will have the postage costs deducted from your refund.
