So that you are totally satisfied with your purchase from Blue Bar Industries we offer a comprehensive returns policy on all items purchased from us.
 
You may have a need to return an item as it may
 
    * Have had a manufacturing fault
    * Has been wrongly described
    * It may not do what it was meant to do
 
What to do?
 
In the first instance please contact Blue Bar Industries through normal messaging services in order to explain what the fault may be. If possible please have available when you purchased the item and in who's name the transaction was completed in. You may also be asked to provide photographic evidence of any fault or damage to the product.
Depending on what the issue may be we will either arrange for a replacement or refund of the product in some circumstances we may need the product to be returned to us for further testing in order to determine the exact cause of the fault. If this is the case then a return shipping label will be provided to you in which case we will need the product to be sent back in as close to original condition as possible including all documentation provided with the product.
