Returns
We understand from time-to-time products may need to be returned.
Any goods purchased from Courtesy Motorcycles can be returned within 15 days of the original order date for refund or exchange. On the basis the goods must be returned new, unused, not been installed to a motorbike and with all of the original tags and packaging along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email or call us if you need to discuss a return.
Please note clearance items, sale items or special orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item(s).
Returns are also able to be made in-store.
