• We will replace a brand new unit with shipping at our cost for DOA product (Dead on Arrival)
• All our product comes with 1 year manufacturer / distributor warranty (Otherwise stated no warranty)
• Customers are required to ship the product back to us for any claims of warranty (at customer's cost)
• We will inspect all returned products. If product found to be defective due to improper installation or misuse, the warranty coverage will be decline automatically
