Pick up: is welcomed during our opening hours. Please tell us if you want to pick up after the auction closes. The pick-up address and details will be emailed to you after your payment is confirmed by us.
 
Courier Deliveries: Small items will be sent by Courier. Deliveries are generally sent the next working day once payment has been received and not prior, however, delays can occur.
Deliveries require a signature on arrival, and nothing is sent via standard post. If you will not be home between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday to accept the delivery then please have the goods addressed to your place of work if possible, otherwise you will be required to liaise with the courier. Track and Trace Numbers will be supplied after the item(s) has been collected from us. Courier fees include packaging and are combinable where possible.


Delivery duration: Usually 1-3 days (North Island) or 3-7 days (South Island) once we have received payment.  Rural areas will take an extra 1 to 2 days.

Freight Delivery: For large items, we will obtain quotes from a freight company for the buyer’s approval. Deliveries are generally sent the next working day once payment has been received and not prior, however delays can occur during busy periods or if freight companies are experiencing delays.

We will pass buyer’s contact details to the carrier. The freight company will usually directly contact the buyer prior to the delivery to make sure someone will available to sign upon receipt of the item. We also will notify the buyer with dispatch information for them to contact with the freight company directly and track their order.
