MJs Trading is proud to offer good quality products to our customers. We believe you will be fully satisfied with your purchase.
However, if you have any concerns about the product you purchased, please contact us. We will response as soon as we can.
Change of Mind Returns Policy
Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your purchase are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.
If you change your mind about your online purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund to the value of the purchased goods within 14 calendar days after you receive the items. This applies to full price, sale and clearance items, but excludes goods sold as “second hand”.
For Returns, you have to make sure there is no damage to the item as well as the packaging/labeling.
Returns Process
Please leave a note in your parcel, indicating reason for return and your purchase number from TradeMe. We will provide you the return address after you contact us.
We will provide a refund for a product purchased online in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. Processing times may take longer during sale periods. We do not cover the cost of delivery back to us. We will not refund the original delivery charges for a change-of-mind return. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit.
