Our products are dispatched from our warehouse located in different parts of New Zealand, and we put in every effort to ensure swift delivery to your doorstep. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we'll send out your item(s). Please anticipate a delivery timeframe of 5-8 working days, with potential additional time for rural addresses. If you require expedited delivery, let us know, and we'll do our best to get it to you promptly.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If delivering to a company address, kindly include the company name, and providing a phone number is helpful, as couriers may encounter difficulties locating you.
For the safety of your item, we always dispatch with a signature-required courier. However, if you prefer non-signature delivery, we can accommodate that request, though any loss will not be our responsibility.
