Where do you ship from?
Everything listed on our store is in stock in New Zealand and ready to ship straight to your front door.
New Zealand Wide Delivery
We proudly ship nationwide to all urban, rural and PO box addresses in NZ.
Daily Shipment Cut-off
All purchases made and paid before 9AM are GUARANTEED to be sent the same business day. For purchases made after this time or on a public holiday/weekend, your order will be sent the next business day.
Tracking
As soon as your purchase has been packaged and is ready to be dispatched you will be e-mailed a GST invoice and the tracking information.
Rural Surcharge
Unfortunately, all carriers charge a rural surcharge, but where possible we subsidise this. If you have a rural address please select the rural shipping option OR provide a non-rural address. Our system detects when a non-rural shipping option is selected and this just causes unnecessary delays.
Pick-Ups
We are an online only company and do not allow pick-ups, this allows us to cut down on overheads and offer superior pricing and service. Feel rest assured that our shipping is fast.
Damaged Shipments
This rarely happens but if your purchase has been damaged by the courier, if possible, refuse the delivery (and take photos of the damage) and inform us. If the delivery has already been made please send us photos within 24 hours so we can make a claim with the carrier.
