Refunds will only be given in accordance with the consumer guarantees act and are subject to the terms and conditions of any manufacturers warranties that apply to the product. Refunds will only be given when the products are returned to us in as-new condition complete with undamaged packaging. Accompanied with an explanation for the return and the packing receipt. Return freight is at the purchasers expense. Faulty or damaged goods can be returned to us for review, simply attach a letter outlining the problem, with your receipt and we will review the product and either replace or repair the product or refund your money in accordance with the manufacturers warranties. Normal wear & tear is not covered by this. The decision to replace or refund on your product rests with Outpost Supplies New Zealand Ltd and it's suppliers. Alternatively you can contact us by email or phone to discuss the issue.Some products offer an unconditional product guarantee or lifetime warranty, these are normally at the discretion of the manufacturer or their representative. Where a refund is to be given on a warranty product, it is by the same method as the original payment was made.
