Warranty Conditions:

1. The Buyer should advise us immediately after delivery or during the building process any damage that has occured during transit.
2. Manufacturers warranties apply for specific materials.
3. Warranties are transferable beyond the original buyer as they do remain with the building.
4. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.
5. Quin Buildings Direct adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts along with Trade Me's Standard Trading Terms and Conditions
6. Manufacturer's Warranties do not cover:
   1. Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed for.
   2. Neglect and careless use.
   3. Unauthorised repairs.
   4. Damage sustained during storage and installation and/or after installation.
   5. Failure to adhere to the Manufacturer's Minimum Maintenance  Requirements.
