What Chemicals Do I Need For My Spa Pool?
Great question! That depends on many factors and sadly, there is no 'one-size fits all' solution. The best way to find out is to purchase our test strips which will give you a reading of Total Hardness, Free Chlorine, Total Chlorine, Total Alkalinity and pH level in seconds! That way you'll have an idea of exactly which chemicals your spa needs, and what quantities! If at any time in this process you have any questions, ask them within the relevant listing and we will come back to as soon as possible.

Damaged/Faulty Goods
In the unfortunate event your goods arrive damaged or are faulty, please contact us no later than 7 days after receiving your items to organise replacement.

If the goods that have arrived are a mistake on our behalf, please contact us as soon as possible to organise replacement.
