Warranties and Returns
Sparex will repair, replace or refund (at our discretion) in the case of damaged or faulty goods. We will not accept for return or refund any products if you have changed your mind or the product wasn’t what you expected.
Please make sure that the item you purchase is the one you want and read all relevant information on the product and warranties. Returns must be made within 7 days. The product is sent back to us at the buyer’s expense. All courier charges are non-refundable.
If you receive any faulty or damaged product, please be sure to contact us straight away so we can get the issue resolved.
