Q: How can I track my order?
A: When you purchase your item(s) from Tags Weekly and select a *FREE* First Class International 7-14 business day shipping method, Tags Weekly cannot provide a guarantee of delivery because the Postal Service does not provide a tracking number with proof of delivery. 

If you must have tracking you can upgrade your service to a Priority International 6-10 business day service or an Express International 3-5 business day service with free insurance of up to $100.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Most orders will ship the next business day. We will update Trade Me with a tracking number the minute your order ships.

Q: Can we choose another shipping carrier?
A: Currently we only support the shipping methods offered at checkout.

Q: Can you declare my purchase as a Gift?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to mark your merchandise as a Gift as this may violate federal law.

Q: Who is responsible for Taxes & Customs fees?
A: You may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees which are collected at the time of delivery. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We strongly encourage you to read the International Duties & Taxes section of this listing before bidding or purchasing an item.

Q: Shipping Delays?
A: We are unable to guarantee delivery arrival times due to the shipping provider as these delays are outside of our control. We utilize the services of only reputable shipping carriers with the expectation that our orders be delivered within the time frame they provide us based on the service. Although these delays do occur at times, they are outside the norm.

Q: Can I refuse a package?
A: When we fulfil an order placed by our customers we ship our orders with the expectation that you have provided us with the correct shipping information. If for some reason the package were refuse it would be treated as abandoned and would be ineligible for a refund.
